Functions at Cooks Garden Events Centre
The Cooks Garden Events Centre is managed by the Whanganui district council and has two primary function spaces available for hire. The cooks room and the larger of the two is the Peter Snell lounge is very spacious and can accomodate 80 guests in banquet style which is ideal for weddings and small corporate events. Located in the centre of Whanganui and 5.6 kms from Whanganui Airport.
DJ Sound Equipment setup
Our state of the art DJ setup is compact and takes up very little space leaving plenty of room for you and your guests to dance. We use reliable brands such as Sennheiser™, Pioneer™ and Bose™ so you can be assured of the best sound experience and we guarantee you and your guests will still enjoy conversation anywhere in the venue.
